They continued to preserve over a number of months, continuously updating us and offering new thoughts and perspectives until in March 2018 the call came through that they thought they had found it. We needed to be quick and that an open mind was needed as it was still a building site. I went to Clerkenwell and behind a construction hoarding, with windows and rooflights missing, property magic was emerging. After meetings with the owners and Pilcher London’s skilful negotiations, Apt moved into 235 St John Street in June 2018 and have been enjoying this home ever since.”
Pilcher London has advised BrandOpus on all their relocations since they were first formed over 15 years ago.
The latest acquisition was 1 Stephen Street, off Charlotte Street, W1 within an ORMS designed building. We found the space off-market, negotiated terms and were instrumental in helping BrandOpus select an architect to complement them in their design and fitout.
Pilcher London also managed the process, including liaising with their solicitors to ensure that the transaction achieved its desired outcome.
Spark 44 relocated to the White Collar Factory, located on Old Street roundabout. Pilcher London were instrumental in the relocation and subsequent fit-out, introducing the architectural team as well as negotiating the commercial terms and Spark44 now has an office that directly reflects its identity as a global creative agency, is bespoke and user-centric in both function and aesthetic.
