David Rosen
David is an honorary fellow of the RIBA. This is an extremely high accolade bestowed upon very few agents outside of the architectural profession. David is regarded amongst his peers as the creative guru of the property world. Tenants enjoy dealing with him as he does not talk about “the air conditioning system” but “the space, the architecture, the environment.”
David’s Professional Highlight: “The acquisition of 30 Berkeley Square on behalf of Mercury Phillips as their London gallery headquarters.”
David’s Design Hero: “The industrial designer Raymond Loewy”.

David Jackson
David’s philosophy as the keystone of Pilcher London is a simple one. There is no monopoly on good ideas. When Pilcher London began the trend towards repurposed industrial sites David was behind every successful new project. When the Soho Theatre Company needed help with their lottery funded venue, David found the partner they needed. Now, as more enlightened corporates look for new workspaces right across London, David is ahead of the curve once again, promoting a pragmatic approach to creatively designed workspace.
He is genuinely enthused by the challenges of matching clients with buildings that reflect their values and aspirations and takes the responsibility very personally. Within the partnership team, he pulls the particular expertise of each partner together, creating a seamless, effective and very individual service. David is an innovator who likes making things happen.
David’s Professional Highlight: “As far as I’m concerned everything we do has to be a calling card. Right now, I’d say acquiring space in the White Collar Factory, a Derwent London Plc building, for Spark 44 and AKT II. It’s an amazing building designed by AHMM which was just perfect for them.”
David’s Design Hero: “It has to be David Chipperfield, the first architect I ever properly worked with. I have enormous respect for him and I gained so much from that early experience”.

Simon Rinder
An integral part of Pilcher London for almost 20 years, Simon’s expert reputation is forged from long experience allied to a natural talent for innovation and lateral thinking. He is well-known for his sometimes unconventional but always effective approach to problem solving and, as a result, has an exemplary track record of finding creative solutions to obstacles of all sizes.
Infinitely patient and dedicated, with a financial acumen and knowledge of the market that is second to none, Simon is both detailed and thorough in his approach to every transaction. His style is very hands on and underpinned by the mutual trust he engenders: Simon goes to great length to ensure that each negotiation is entirely transparent to both landlords and tenants. He takes a personal pride in getting the best outcomes for Pilcher London clients because he fundamentally believes that every property choice is an investment in the future. Also, because Simon is a nice guy, who just wants the best for people.
Simon’s Professional Highlight: “The thing I am most proud of, is the trust that clients place in me to give them the best professional advice … and that I don’t let them down”
Simon’s Design Hero: “Steve Jobs, for his creativity and foresight”.

Julian Wogman
Julian is an associate director, has a degree in architecture and passionate advocate of buildings that represent the heart and soul of a company. To Julian, there is nothing better than the creative challenge of finding spaces that properly reflect the aspirations and ethos of a client. He has an unerring ability to visualise the potential of empty spaces and, thanks to his expertise, the quantified ability to make them work.
He is an invaluable resource for Pilcher London clients who want constructive help on how to make the most of their chosen location, with advice that is creative, practical and technically precise. Thanks to his expert knowledge, Julian is an authoritative voice and the perfect bridge between contractors, tenants and landlords. It’s a job he loves doing and he does it supremely well.
Julian’s Professional Highlight: “I am torn between a world breaking office rent or helping Charles Saatchi find a new space for his gallery”
Julian’s Design Hero: “Brunel for his impact on design history. And Harry Beck. London’s tube map is just a perfect piece of design”.

David Berko
Head of Investment & Management
David started his career at Hillier Parker (then known as Hillier Parker May and Rowden), followed by a move to Anthony Lipton. He joined Pilcher Hershman 24 years ago. David specialises in the commercial investment sector. He has been in the property business for almost 40 years, acting confidentially for high net-worth individuals, property companies and institutional investors, covering both buying and selling projects. He not only has an exceptional knowledge of Central London but also has specialised knowledge of major cities throughout the country.
David’s Professional Focus:
Throughout my career, my inspiration has largely been influenced by investors such as Irvine Sellar, Stuart Lipton and Alan Sugar, all of whom had the insight to see that, by spending money on their buildings, they would reap the benefits to them of increased capital values. The sizes of such buildings are immaterial; to me, it is the concept that is the key factor. Often the buildings have some unique aspect to them and this adds to my satisfaction in sourcing them for our clients.
